RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We happily accept returns of new, unopened items purchased from our website for either a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please note, returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and, if returned, will be shipped back to the original order address.

Starting online returns is easy  
Enter your email address and verification code to sign in. 
Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange and follow the instructions, 
only 4 steps complete the returns request and submit. 
Once your request is approved, you will get email updates notifications with shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?(eligible for returns)  
30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 
 In unused and resellable items, or defective items. 
 In the original packaging with all the tags intact. 
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  
What items and exceptions are non-refundable?  
For sanitary and safety purposes, the following items are NON-RETURNABLE if opened or used:

E-Liquids
Atomizers - such as RDA & Tanks
Disposable Vape
Replacement Pods & Coils - if temper foil is broken
Replacement Coils - if temper seal is broken
Spare Parts - Drip Tips, Glasses, O-Ring
Rechargeable Batteries
Glass Products and Glass Accessories
Gift cards. 
Discounted items (if applicable).  
For product with special product seals, such as E-Liquid bottle cap or hardware packaging with tamper-proof stickers, it cannot be return once the seal is broken.
Damage, loss, Wrong items or theft issues  
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery
Upon receiving your items, please conduct a thorough inspection immediately. It is crucial that you review them within the designated timeframe and inform us promptly of any issues or damages. 
Please be aware that any reports of broken or damaged products made more than 48 hours after delivery will not fall under our coverage policy.
NOTE: For us to provide assistance, we require a photograph of the received item(s) alongside the paper invoice.
Please note, minor scratches, cosmetic imperfections, and discoloration are deemed to be normal wear and tear and, as such, are not covered under our warranty.
Return Shipping Cost
Regarding the shipping costs for returns, customers are required to cover the expenses of sending the items back to us in cases of standard returns (such as Ordering the Wrong Item or Item No Longer Needed). We do not provide replacements; instead, for defective items, a credit will be issued to your account. Please note, any shipping fees and insurance fee are not eligible for refunds.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of ARvapor.com, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. ARvapor.com strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. ARvapor.com is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

How soon will I get my refund?  
After your return has been processed, you will receive a refund notice from us and it will take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be returned to your original payment method. The refund to the store credit is immediate.
